Cellulite is mostly found in women rather than men, especially on the posterior, thighs, pelvic region and so on. This skin condition doesn’t affect our health, yet every woman wants to get rid of it. It is nothing more than fat deposit in the connective tissues as a result of body fat, genetics, hormonal factors, excessive diets, stress, etc. Getting rid of it can sometimes be very expensive and intensive, but before throwing your money on such methods you should try these natural remedies.

Massage – take some essential oils like almond, sunflower or rosemary and massage the cellulite area to improve the body’s lymphatic flow. You should be able to see a gradual loosening and then get rid of it entirely if you are consistent.

Use a soft brush – massage the cellulite region with a brush to help your blood flow. Do a dry brushing before getting into shower through upward and circular movements, towards the heart. Avoid being too harsh as you can break blood vessels. Repeat the process three times a week.

Eat fruit and vegetables – consider increasing the intake of vegetables and fruit like bananas, berries, oranges, asparagus, bran and oats. These will help you reduce cellulite formation.

Exercise – engage in sports or do some exercises that target your cellulite areas. Running, cycling or doing cardio workouts always help.

Coconut oil – do a gentle massage using coconut oil, which is highly effective in burning fat and stretching the skin.

Oil mix – take a jar and fill it ¼ with coconut oil. Add 6 drops of cypress essential oil and 6 drops of geranium essential oil and then shake. Allow it to rest for 2 or 3 hours and then add 2 drops of grapefruit oil and 2 drops of lemon oil and shake again. Store in a cool space.

Cut down on toxins – refrain from smoking, alcohol and excessive coffee or any processed food which will only increase cellulite production. Avoid from consuming excessive salt and sugar because they promote fluid retention.
